WoolWax Undercoat Kit 4 Quarts / PRO GUN . Straw or Black

Awesome kit with flex wand that reaches in the tightest spots on your frame.The gun just requires a little adjustment to get the flow right and your off.I used 1 whole bottle for a full size pick-up with compressor set at 85 psi. Woolwax is the absolute best product for keeping your vehicle frame from ending up a lawn ornament from the crap they put on the roads.

Worked great easy to apply I warmed it up some and went to work. Looks great I will be definitely be using this product again!! I liked the no smell.

This undercoating product was very easy to work with, I ordered it in black and it looks awesome, also the black color made it super easy to see my progress as I applied it to the frame and underside of my truck so I could get everything coated well, there are many undercoating products out there on the market and many hours of research went into my decision to purchase the woolwax product and I feel like this product will prevent and protect my vehicle the best , I live in Minnesota (the rust belt of the country) where our vehicles are subjected to salt and corrosive chemicals in the treating of our roads during the winter months, also I’d like to give kellsports a thumbs up on the quick shipment of my order, there a great company to work with in my opinion

This seems to be the best way to protect the underside of vehicles used in States that use a lot of salt or brine. It applies easily with the right thickness, no drips and no noticeable smell. The instructions were good and the job was not messy as I predicted. From now on every car I use in the winter will get the Woolwax treatment.

Have used fluid film in a spray can in the past. Just bought a 2008 Jeep that has never been driven in the winter and wanted to treat it. Luckily saw a ad for this product in weekly paper from local dealer. After some research went with this in black direct from Woolwax. I was skeptical that a 6 gal compressor would work. Well it did a great job and this is my new rustproof product.

Seemed to get good coverage without dripping after complete. Even my Reece hitch which slides in and out easier now. Time will tell, but I'm impressed thus far. Did my new Toyota frame and everything else. Even the rim of spare tire which looks like will stop rusting. Even using on some farm items.

Thicker than F Film. Sprayer kit was awesome. Was part of a recoat. Did a pickup Bottom - inner fenders - rockers- and my arms :) Seems more "sticky" - better adhesion than competitors. Will buy more.

This worked very well to undercoat my vehicle for harsh Pa winters. It was easy to apply, and seemed to stick very well to the metal. Will use again!

except your breather tube. Just finished applying to this to my short schoolbus. I'll need another gallon to finish up. Application was easy, will be buying more. Didn't realize there was a permanent version of this stuff. I'll buy that next time for my other vehicles. Will be getting black next time as well. 5 stars, great stuff.

excellent product stays on only issue is with the wands on sprayer, should have some way to fasten them other than that excellent product

I have been looking for a more reasonably priced spray gun for undercoating with products like Woolwax and finally found my answer. Expensive undercoating guns are nice but beyond what I wanted to spend. I do this on the side for my customers and don’t want to invest $300 into a “high end” spray gun... till now I’ve managed with things made out of harbor freight guns shooting bar and chain oil. I got some fluid film and knew I didn’t want to waste it using the wrong tool. Well then came along Wool Wax, their gun options, and I decided to try the product out as well with their gun. I love the gun first and foremost. It’s simple to operate and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg, all the while getting me the wands and attachments I wanted for getting into body panels and frame rails. In Pittsburgh and anywhere in the rust belt, you do this or your car anymore won’t last 10 years. Especially if your state has stricter inspection standards (as PA does). I have used Fluid Film and like it. It’s a quality material. Wool Wax is equally good though if not a tad thicker so it adheres just a bit better. Price wise I find them comparable, and I can get the FF locally for a tad less through Advance Auto. That said, for the simple fact Wool Wax has a thicker feel to it, I want to start stocking it and using it in addition to FF in my shop. I like the two products for different applications that are kind of similar. It gives me greater flexibility in what I can offer a customer now to protect their car from the living hell they spray our roads with.

Just finished application a week or so ago, I can't emphasize enough that warming this stuff up helps a ton! Plan to have a good size compressor as this put my 35 gal to the test. Particles of road debris do stick to the under body once this is applied but I don't think that makes much difference to me. I really like how the black color covers the rust.

I purchased the pro gun 4 quart bottles. I was very impressed with the quality of the gun and how well it sprayed. Also impressed with woolwax. I purchased the black color. Looks good on my undercarriage and this stuff holds up very well and stays on frame. I use to use other rust proof coatings but I'm switching to woolwax now for my rust proofing. Woolwax is a better product than the other rust proofing brand I use to use. This will be my winter rust proofing go to for now. Excellent quality.

The gun is really nice and sprays the product really nice. The wool wax went on pretty easy on my silverado. I concentrated on common rust areas like the rockers and bottom of doors. I used up all 5 quarts and did'nt get all of my truck done. I probably need 2-3 more quarts but I sprayed it real heavy for the first application on this 17 silverado double cab. Time will tell if this wards off the rust but it sure seems like it will do a good job if I keep up on it.
