WOOLWAX® Viscosity: Note: WOOLWAX® contains more raw woolwax (lanolin) than any competitive product. This makes WOOLWAX® a more viscous (thicker) formula and much more resistant to wash-off. Because of this thick formulation it may be necessary to warm the WOOLWAX® for a few minutes in front of a floor heater, before spraying. Once applied the WOOLWAX® will thicken to it's original viscosity and provide a longer period of protection.

Yes your Wool Wax product is class A. I use a 3 quart crock pot to warm up the Wool Wax, increases the flow rate through all the wands, especially the 360 degree nozzle. The heated Wool Wax goes on evenly, coats extremely well, flows into all crevasses/seams with little to no drips; I drive the vehicle on a drop cloth making the clean up easy. This product is very robust, holding up to water soaked roads and road sand/salt mix. The use of the crock pot saves time, your product flows much faster in all different temperatures and it adheres to metal parts on contact. The odor is not offensive either, thank you for this great rust stopping product. I would like to see a larger jar available, makes refilling even faster. Ken M.

good product

after using clear and black, i would never use clear again, black looks so much better and seems to run smoother the little extra cost is worth it the only places it seems to run off is in wheelwells and bottom of frame where the snow seems to scrape it off

Couldn't be happier

Purchased after doing research on various undercoating products. Wool Wax is a no brainer; very little prep, non-toxic, and super easy to apply. Bought the pro gun and a five gallon pail and it shipped super fast. Sprayed my pick up and two commercial trucks and could have not been easier. A quick degrease and pressure wash and we we're spraying. Instructions recommend 70-90 psi but I found better atomization and smoother application at 100 psi. Been telling everyone who'll listen about Wool Wax!

This stuff is outstanding

Absolutely love that it doesn't smell bad like other products. The viscosity is perfect for spraying the underside of your frame, it clings well and doesn't run off. I've tried to wash it off and the stuff stubbornly hangs on. Sprays great at 80psi at 75F with the Woolwax Pro gun. Make sure you mix this well before pouring into the canister. I use a Hyde Stir Whip for a couple minutes and it's plenty runny to easy to pour/scoop. I'll be getting the pump they have for the 5 gal pail to make life easy. These folks package their shipments like no other, so much pride in the product!

We use this stuff on so many things. Plow mold boards, mower decks and vacuum collection hoses, bark blower tones, equipment attachments, frames, bodies, engine bays, hand tools, winches, jacks, trailers, hinges, running boards, rolls pans, nerf bars, side steps, hoists, hydraulic couplings, gang boxes, airators, seeders, hydro seeders, thatchers, edgers, you get the picture. It keeps oxidation at bay and provides protection against rust on all my insanely expensive equipment. I don’t buy $17,000 flail mowers to let moisture rot it away before I even realize. I spray EVERYTHING with this stuff and it WORKS. Yeah I may have to respray every quarter but my equipment isn’t rotting away either. Best investment ever. Just use it. Your pocket will thank you. Also, Keller Motorsport is a fantastic company to deal with. No worries. Just a feeling of “I should have used this sooner” feeling. Do it now and save your investments.

Car and truck owner

Love the Woolwax products!!! Living in Ohio the winter brine is very hard on vehicles. Undercoating them with Woolwax insures protection and sheds the salt right off. A great product that is thicker than Fluid Film and doesn't wash off.

Love it so far

So in the past I've used fluid film and liked it but it smelled terrible and was always so thick no matter what it was hard to spray. Wool wax changed the game. Very light scent in comparison and sprays very well even when colder Temps. Woolwax definitely sprays better when kept warmed up. So far so good I've went thru 5 gallons so far and we will see how well it holds up over winter. To be continued......thanks wool wax!
