great kit

My partner and I sprayed the underside of both our trucks in an afternoon with this kit. The product went on easy with very minimal drip. The kellsport gun and wands made the process much faster. I drove in the highway immediately after in a rainstorm and the woolwax stayed adhered to the frame. Pretty happy overall and I plan on continuing to use this product every fall in preparation for the salty New England winters. The black coating looks clean and wipes off easy if needed.

Highly recommended, Excellent product

I purchased Kit #2 with some added options, and couldn't be happier. Sprays on nicely, the added can with the smaller diameter straw was perfect to stick in the drain holes in doors. ROLL UP YOUR WINDOWS if you are spraying inside doors. I was rushing and didn't think about it, had some oil to clean up after the fact. I highly recommend this product and will be purchasing for use in the future on other vehicles.

2 gallon kit with the gun feels like a value in a time when few things do. Seems to have all the gear to do do the job properly. There really is little to no odor , I was a little worried about that aspect of this endeavor. Items shipped quickly and correctly , I had to call customer support after my order because I couldn't figure something out on the website , user error , and they , Bob I believe , were courteous and helpful , corrected my issue quickly and efficiently. Here's to many rust free years , thanks Woolwax. Yes , good product , and a company that stands behind it. Highly recommend.

I saw a Youtube video where the presenter applied this product for 7 years to his Chevy Colorado (in northern Ohio) the frame and underneath were in near new condition. I sprayed this on a 2017 GMC Sierra that came form West Virginia and is in excellent condition. The air temps were from 70 to 80 deg F. I still warmed up the bottles in hot water. The product sprayed very well with the regular nozzle, I could use 90PSI with this setup, maybe less. It also sprayed well with the tubes and smaller tips, I turned this up to 110PSI. I used the 360 tip to get areas above body mounts and the top of the frame. I put the 360 tip on the longer tube which got deeper into the rocker panels, and particularly above the rear wheel housings inside the bed walls. I think the coverage is very good, I used about a gallon and a half to do all the underneath, inside the doors, inner front fenders and over the rear wheel housings. This includes all around the trailer hitch and rear end, also A arms and springs in front. I don't think there will be any problem with it washing off but we shall see. I used the amber because I want to see what (if anything) is happening to the frame. The factory rubber coating was mostly in place so it looks more black when you apply this coating anyway. I did this without a lift and it took me a couple days (maybe 9 hours total) It is not too difficult with a 4 wheel drive truck, no jack stands or lift. Great Product!

First time user

I have had my truck coated for years with this product, but decided this year to do it myself. A bit of a pain with the truck on ramps and crawling around on the ground. That has nothing to do with the product though. I was amazed at the ease of application and how well the gun performed with and without the extenders. The truck looked even better than usual, but I used a little more than specified In the black for the frame. It looks amazing. I will be doing again next year!

I recently purchased the Woolwax 2 gal kit w/ pro spray gun to undercoat my 2015 F250. The setup and application process was easy and I was pleased with how well the spray gun worked. I did not feel that I needed to use the extension wands to reach into cavities, but may for touch up applications next year. Application took about two hours and 1 1/2 gallons. I set the black jugs of Woolwax in the sun, so the product was quite fluid and flowed nicely. Great control of placement with the spray gun. Easy cleanup. Very pleased with the Woolwax.

high quality spray gun kit

Just undercoated my truck yesterday - the 2 gal kit was the right amount for a full size long bed. I don't have a lift so it took me about 5 hours including cleanup. The gun worked perfect - I set it at 80 psi. The optional regulator on the gun made it easy to adjust. I used a 15 gal California air compressor that kept up fine. As the instructions say, make sure to use a good respirator and eye protection. Thank you for the great product and support staff! Steve
